About TenderKeel
Independent research for suppliers deciding whether to bid.
Independent
TenderKeel is not affiliated with any bidder or buyer. We do research only and don't write bids, so we work alongside your bid team or tender writer rather than competing with them.
Every fact in a brief is cited to a public source, and analyst judgement is clearly flagged as an assumption. Briefs are research, not legal or procurement advice; you make the bid decision.
Who's behind it
TenderKeel is led by our founder, an Auckland-based consultant with more than ten years' experience in technical research, analysis and compliance work across New Zealand's public and private sectors.
Our founder has built and led consultancy teams delivering technical projects for government, council and commercial clients, from initial assessment through to final reporting. That work means reading and interpreting complex regulations and standards, coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders, and writing clear, defensible technical reports that clients rely on to make decisions. Our founder has also prepared technical proposals and fee estimates for commercial clients, so understands what it takes to scope and price a job.
Earlier roles in scientific research, laboratory quality control and environmental monitoring built a habit of careful evidence-gathering and documented methods. Our founder holds postgraduate qualifications in science.
TenderKeel applies the same discipline to public tenders: find the facts, cite the sources, flag the assumptions, and give you a straight recommendation so you can decide whether to bid.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand.
