How to read a brief

• Each brief follows the same eight sections: tender summary, buyer context, requirements and evaluation criteria, ideal supplier profile, risks and red flags, competition and incumbent notes, a go/no-go scoring matrix, and recommendation with win themes.
• Scores are judgement, not data. Threshold guide: ≥3.5 Go · 2.8–3.5 Conditional · <2.8 No-Go.
• Tender documents are summarised for the client only and not redistributed.
