- Tender summary: buyer, scope, term, value (where published), dates and submission rules
- Buyer context and procurement history, from public sources
- Requirements, likely evaluation criteria and a compliance checklist
- Ideal supplier profile, so you can test your fit honestly
- Risks and red flags, rated by severity
- Past awards and the likely incumbent, where public records allow
- A weighted go/no-go matrix and a clear recommendation
- Cited sources throughout, with assumptions flagged
